Workout, Recover, Restore!

Workout, Recover, Restore!

Key amino acids, Arginine and Citrulline

  • Increase nitric oxide levels, dilating blood vessels and improving circulation. Citrulline aids in the removal of ammonia and other metabolic waste, reducing muscle soreness.
  • Arginine supports ATP production, which is crucial for sustained energy.

Lysine

  • plays a critical role in protein synthesis, which is essential for muscle recovery and the repair of muscle tissue damaged during intense physical activity (micro-tears in muscle fibers often lead to soreness and stiffness).
  • Essential for the production of collagen, which is important for maintaining the health of tendons, ligaments, and joints.
  • Boosts immune function during recovery (a strong immune system helps prevent illness and ensures your body can fully recover from physical stress).

Glycine

  • a key component of collagen and creatine, which aid in muscle repair, strength, and endurance. It also has antioxidant properties and is a precursor to the also included glutathione.

Glutathione

  • One of the most powerful antioxidants in the human body, and when used in this IV therapy, plays a central role in speeding up recovery, reducing inflammation, and protecting the body from exercise-induced stress.
  • Pairs extremely well with the other active recovery nutrients used in this treatment like vitamin C, B-Complex, B12, magnesium, taurine, and amino acids.

Taurine

  • A powerful amino acid-like compound that plays a critical role in muscle function, cellular hydration, nervous system balance, and recovery. Helps the body bounce back faster after physical exertion.
  • Helps regulate calcium signaling in muscle cells, which is essential for muscle contraction and relaxation. It reduces exercise-induced muscle fatigue, enhances endurance, and can help prevent cramping after intense workouts.
  • Taurine has antioxidant properties that help neutralize free radicals and reduce post-exercise inflammation.
  • Supports heart health by improving cardiac output, regulating blood pressure, and stabilizing electrolytes. After intense exertion, taurine helps maintain circulatory balance, ensuring oxygen and nutrients are efficiently delivered to recovering muscles.
  • Enhances Energy and Focus through mitochondrial function
  • Balances the nervous system through GABA and glutamate modulation, two major neurotransmitters that affect calmness, relaxation, and sleep quality (especially when paired with magnesium!)

Magnesium (injection)

  • Offer a fast, effective way to replenish magnesium levels and support both pre- and post-workout performance and recovery.
  • Magnesium helps regulate muscle contractions, reducing the risk of premature fatigue.
  • Improves muscle oxygenation and endurance, helping athletes push harder for longer.
  • Helps balance electrolytes and stabilize nerve impulses, improving focus, coordination and reaction time.
  • Reduces pre-workout anxiety of tension by supporting GABA function (a calming neurotransmitter).
  • Adequate magnesium helps prevent muscle cramps and spasms, especially in high-heat or high-intensity situations where electrolyte loss is greater.
  • Post-workout: accelerates muscle recovery, reduces soreness and inflammation, restores electrolytes, and improves sleep quality (critical for muscle repair, growth, and hormonal balance).
